Come learn what is possible through self-care. We will cover how to work your body from head to toe, locate the muscles that contribute to proper joint function and address the ones that limit proper function when they lock up. If your issue is muscle related, you’ll learn techniques that can help. You will also learn cues for proper placement and body position, as well as when it is time to call a licensed therapist.
 
The first 2 hours is hands-on SMR on the 18 fundamental regions and how to work them. We’ll cover more than 18 different techniques for getting at the skeletal muscles in your body that contribute to the most common daily aches, pains and movement dysfunctions. Imagine 2 hours of deep tissue massage…yeah, it’s kinda like that!
 

The second 2 hours is targeted at the hips & lower back. Do you have a hip issue? Then Jeff will address your problem directly. Jeff will guide you with the process and methods to address the muscles that contribute to your problem or limit your performance. Jeff will explain and show you how to address the first, next, and last muscles that you should be working on through your SMR homework. (Do your homework!) 

All participants receive written instructions in a 100-page workbook ($25 value) and a 20% discount on any SMR tools. (Includes the Footballer, Massage Balls, the Baller Block, Quadballer, and the GRID from Trigger Point Performance, or any of the other balls and rollers we offer.)
