Overhead Squats
Here we post instructions and comments about the 100 day challenge for overhead squats.
Remember that you will do 5,050 total reps during the 100 days (if you complete it), so it is strongly recommended that you choose a load that feels light the first month or so.
If you can’t easily do 15-20 reps of the weight you are thinking of using for the challenge, go lighter!

Here is Jeff completing his day 100 with 100 unbroken reps of overhead squats with 1/3 of his bodyweight, which means he had 65 pounds overhead.
