C-Training

Our small group training will test your abilities and challenge you to learn new skills.

Each person works with the amount of weight and does the number of rounds their body can handle, but all are expected to learn new movements and push as hard as their level of conditioning will allow.

Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early and bring a towel some water and be prepared to be challenged and have some FUN!

Urban Workout

Fun with Tractor Tires

(FREE Team WOD)

Each team of 4 or more people does 2 WODs for the fastest time or max reps to beat the other team’s score. In the event of a tie, then we do a tie-breaker WOD (typically a Tabata of something).

Afterward we serve up fresh fruit and congratulate the winners for the day. Come out and play!

Plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early. Bring a towel, some water, get prepared to be challenged, cheer for your team mates, and (most importantly) have some FUN!

Skills & Drills

Every month we work on a different fitness skill or drill. Click the link below to see what skills we’ve worked on.

In some cases we’ve seen DRAMATIC improvements with our athletes from just applying themselves a little bit every day. Try our monthly challenge and see if you get better at, well, everything!

The World Famous Camp Pendleton Mud Run

Thinking of doing the Mud Run next year?

It’s a fun and challenging 10k put on by the Marines at Camp Pendleton,California to raise money for the Morale, Recreation, and Welfare fund for the military personnel.

In other words, we help the Marines purchase or repair all the exercise equipment, tvs, pool tables, etc. that our brave men and women use to blow off some steam or relax while stationed at Camp Pendleton. It’s a fun way to contribute to the comfort of those that help protect our way of life.
