Use this SMR exercise AFTER the Center Quad Rock & Roll and the Side Roll (it’s a good idea to work this exercise into the Side Roll as you complete it). This SMR exercise is primarily to address the knots in your mid-to-lower back (with the focus being the serratus posterior inferior). If you have difficulty drawing a deep breath or tightness/discomfort in your mid-back, then this exercise is likely to help. |
