Movements in BLUE should be done at least once every 2 weeks, movements in RED should be done a minimum of once every week. Movements in black need to be included in your program to go more deeply into a particular area to address ongoing problems such as shoulder impingement, rotator cuff issues, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, etc.
