Use this SMR exercise AFTER the Center Quad Rock & Roll. This SMR exercise is a more intense version of the center quad SMR exercise. You may not be ready for this movement. If the Center Quad Rock & Roll exercise is becoming much more comfortable, then try this and watch your quads open up MUCH faster. If you have tightness and discomfort in your knees or hips, then this exercise is likely to help. |
