Shin Grab

Use this SMR exercise AFTER you’ve done the Shin Rock to address the anterior tibialis and toe tensor muscles of the front of the lower leg (the shin).

If you have trouble with shin splints or other discomfort in the front of your calves during running or jumping activities, then this exercise is for you!

Use this exercise to work out the really deep knots that never seem to let go.
