Use this SMR exercise to address the peroneus brevis, a muscle along the lower portion of the side of your lower leg. If you have discomfort along the outside of your ankle & calf during running or jumping activities, then this exercise is for you! Use a smaller roller to get into the space just behind and above the outer ankle bone. |
