Movements in BLUE should be done at least once every 2 weeks. Movements in black need to be included in your program to go more deeply into a particular area to address ongoing problems such as lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), medial epicondylitis (golfer’s elbow), Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, etc.
