    Hey Peter, we moved our content to the SMR subdomain so double-check the address you are logging into to ensure you are at “http://smr.networkfitness.com” instead of “http://networkfitness.com”

    I just verified you do indeed have a coach membership on the SMR subdomain. Shoot me a message if you continue to have trouble.

    Attempting to sign-up for the “Coaches Membership”; however, the link does not appear to be working. Please advise of a good link and or direction to faciltate paying the fees and taking advantages of your Coach level access, privileges and materials.     Adam, some of the videos are free on YouTube & embedded on the site.

    Most of the videos require a Fire Breather membership to access them. It appears you signed up for the Athlete membership which allows you to download all of the written instructions for all of the SMR exercises and stretches. We charge a few bucks more for the Fire Breather membership to cover server costs with the larger video file downloads.

    If you have trouble downloading the videos and you do have a Fire Breather or Coach level membership we will clear up whatever the glitch is.

    I cannot view the videos… PLEASE HELP… once i click view the video it brings me to the membership options page. any suggestions

    John, your email is incorrect for one of the 2 memberships you’ve created. The membership with the bad email address is also the one that is a free membership. Your other membership has SMR Coach access.

    Gary, please let us know which pages you can’t access. I checked your membership status and everything is supposed to be available to you. We updated some stuff recently and a few pages did not update correctly (yay software issues…sarcasm intended).

    We want to quickly sort this out for you so you aren’t restricted, so the more specific you are with the pages you are having trouble with, the better we can help you.

    Chantal,

    We have 14 SMR exercises to work out the kinks in your calves and feet. Click here to go to the list of the 60 different SMR exercises. Pay close attention to movements 2, 3, and 6-9 to address the knots in your calves. As you are working through the outer layers of muscle, you will need to gently apply more and more pressure to get to the deeper layers of muscle. The easiest way to do this is take a very warm (HOT) bath just before doing your SMR exercises. That way it will take less pressure to get through the outer layers of muscle because your body is so loosened up. Eventually, you need to get bone deep with the massage ball or lacrosse ball to ensure there are no kinks in your muscles that will negatively impact your performance.

    Become a ‘Fire Breather’ member and you can watch and download the video instructions for any and all of the SMR Movements that you find helpful. Be sure and let us know about your progress. We are here to serve you!

    Could you kindly share some info. on getting the kinks out of the calves?
    I think this is related to some ankle soreness I have on my left ankle after hard workouts and my plantar fascitis.
    I saw your info. on Cross Fit’s page.
