Carolyn & Jeff Mud Run 2004
As many of you know, we specialize in performance therapy through Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques and functional movements. In addition to teaching the techniques of how to use the various SMR tools, we instruct private, semi-private, and group workouts built around the CrossFit method. We also teach both individual and partner stretches, as well as offer certain products for sale that we believe can help you to achieve your goals. While there is a retail side to our business, our focus is now and will always be to serve you in the highest capacity as personal trainers. If you need outside assistance from an expert in a particular field or if you will benefit from the use of a particular tool that we utilize, we will not hesitate to suggest it. Sometimes the most important thing you can do in order to reach your goal is to know when to ask for help. Whether you purchase services or products outside the scope of our personal training is your preference. We are your guides toward a healthier and more functional YOU, and we look forward to seeing you achieve goals you never thought possible.
We are happy you are here. We will drive you hard to get better, faster, & stronger…at everything! If you aren’t interested in improving how your body works & looks, taking minutes off your Mud Run time, or going for max reps of pullups, then you’re probably going to get board reading about our ’100 Day Challenges’ or personal records (PR’s for you CFers out there).
